SECTION 1 - WHAT IS ALLOWED
Small, handmade shops can purchase files to create end-products (such as bows, accessories, sublimated shirts/tumblers/mugs, stickers, bags, etc.) without needing a license.
Companies wishing to use files for commercial or large-scale manufacturing (over 100 end products) will need to purchase a Commercial License. This can be done by purchasing it via the website or by emailing a request to craftycheycurations@gmail.com.
No POD sites are allowed (Zazzle, Redbubble, Spoonflower, Cafepress, Amazon, Society6, etc.) unless an NDA is signed between CraftyCheyCurations and the buyer. Exceptions may be made, please inquire by emailing craftycheycurations@gmail.com.
Fabric shops must purchase a Commercial License to be vetted as a legitimate vendor.
SECTION 2 - WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
No sharing of files allowed. The only person/business allowed to use the file is the one who made the purchase.
No posting files in dump groups.
No posting files without visible, clear watermarking (even on personal/business pages).
No copying, tracing, or using elements of the design/file to create digital products for resale or use.
No editing/changing elements within the file (example: adding a colored background under a file with a transparent backing, adding additional elements over the file, etc.). The sold file is considered a finished piece and should not be tampered with unless permission is given in writing.
*Anyone who breaks these rules is subject to copyright infringement and will be subjected to the full scope of the law.
