General Questions
POD Sites
No POD sites are allowed (Zazzle, Redbubble, Spoonflower, Cafepress, Amazon, Society6, etc.) unless a license is purchase for EVERY FILE.

Overseas Printing/Vendors
If you are sending items overseas to be printed (example: bamboo clothing) you must purchase a license for EVERY FILE.

*This is to protect my artwork since many overseas companies will resell artwork or steal it to use on sites like Temu/Shein
Fabric/Print Shops
Fabric/Print Shops are allowed to purchase files without a license (unless making more than 100 end-products). Each file has an option to select Fabric/Print Shops and will automatically adjust the fee to accommodate this.
If you are one of these shops and plan to make more than 100 end-products or do not create products yourself, then you will need to purchase licensing for EVERY FILE.

Exclusives/Customs

Returns / File Issues
Do you issue refunds?
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds cannot be issued unless there is a special circumstance.
If for any reason you decide to not move forward with a custom/exclusive order after the initial deposit has been completed, a refund will NOT be issued if I have already started working on the request. If I have not yet begun the process, a refund will be issued.
If you decide you ultimately do not like the services offered/the design after work has begun, you will not be charged for the remainder of your payment but will NOT receive a refund on the initial deposit since services were partly rendered.
What if I have an issue with a file?
If you have an issue with a file (such as a line cutting across the file, elements being cut off, etc.) then please reach out and I will fix the flaw and resend it to you ASAP.
What if I order the wrong file?
Due to the nature of digital products, and the fact that you will instantly receive the file(s) you purchase (even if incorrect), refunds cannot be given for the mistake.
Please make sure you are purchasing the correct file!
