Custom / Exclusive Requests
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Once contacted and agreement is made, a deposit of half the payment is due prior to starting any designs. This is to ensure my time isn't wasted and that I can rely on you to offer compensation for services. An official invoice will be sent to you via PayPal.
Once the design(s) have been finalized, I will send them over heavily watermarked with a reduced quality for final approval. The rest of the payment is due before the final design(s) can be sent.
If for any reason you decide to not move forward after the initial deposit has been completed, a refund will NOT be issued if I have already started working on the request. If I have not yet begun the process, a refund will be issued.
If you decide you ultimately do not like the services offered/the design, you will not be charged for the remainder of your payment but will NOT receive a refund on the initial deposit since services were partly rendered. By cancelling the order, you forfeit the ownership rights and I can publish/sell them. You will not have rights to anything shared and therefore cannot share/use them. No final, unwatermarked versions will be sent due to the request being cancelled.
By submitting a request, you agree to the above conditions and to submit payment on time and that if payment for services is not rendered complete, then legal measures may be taken.

- You provide the idea for the design, style desired, and the color palette

What's Not Included
- You will not have ownership rights to the file or its elements (meaning I can sell the file as I wish and/or create new files with the elements used in the file).
- You cannot share the file/elements without proper watermarks (similar to when you purchase a regular file. This also includes sharing to reps/any affiliated groups/friends).
- You may not use elements to create your own digital files to resell.
**If you wish to purchase ClipArt to use to create your own digital products, please email craftycheycurations@gmail.com,
- You may not make changes to elements (such as color, shape, etc.). Any changes/requests should be made and done by me and finalized during the final approval process.
- POD sites (such as Spoonflower) are not allowed due to the risk of files being stolen.
- If you are sending items overseas to be printed (example: bamboo clothing) you must inform me of this by emailing craftycheycurations@gmail.com and must have an active NDA in place with a reputable, trustworthy vendor.
*This is to protect my artwork since many overseas companies will resell artwork or steal it to use on sites like Temu/Shein

Returns / File Issues
Do you issue refunds?
- Due to the nature of digital files, refunds cannot be issued unless there is a special circumstance.

What if I have an issue with a file?
- If you have an issue with a file (such as a line cutting across the file, elements being cut off, etc.) then please reach out and I will fix the flaw and resend it to you ASAP.
What if I order the wrong file?
- Due to the nature of digital products, and the fact that you will instantly receive the file(s) you purchase (even if incorrect), refunds cannot be given for the mistake.
- Please make sure you are purchasing the correct file!
Terms of Sale / Licensing

Do I need licensing to purchase/use a file?
For customs, you will still need to purchase a license if you plan to make more than 100 end-products.
For exclusives, you will not need to purchase a license since you will own the rights to the file/elements.
