Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds cannot be given. 

Please ensure you purchase the correct file(s) before checking out.  

 

Issues with the File 
As stated above, refunds cannot be given due to the nature of digital downloads. However, if there is an obvious issue with the file (such as an element being cut-off) then I will correct the file and send you the fixed version.

Edits cannot be made other than to fix the mistake. 

 

Issues with Quality/Color
Files may lose quality when resized, causing them to become blurry. By purchasing, you agree that this may occur. 

Color quality may also change based on the method used to print (some vendors have specific printers; please check with them prior to purchasing to ensure the colors will come out similar). 

By purchasing, you agree that the above issues will not be the responsibility of CraftyCheyCurations and refunds will not be given due to these circumstances.
